The QA Manager may be responsible for but is not limited to:
- Manages and guides project test teams to ensure the timely delivery of quality products/functions.
- Co-ordinates testing for projects/releases.
- Executes and verifies the results of UAT tests and takes appropriate action.
- Develops application and processes expertise within UAT.
- Provides input regarding the assessment of the risk and quality of changes and enhancements.
- Provides ongoing feedback to management on project progress.
- Must possess consulting or industry experience.
- Demonstrate strong experience in Full Life Cycle system delivery implementations in a testing role.
- Exposure in leading Testing efforts, including experience with all phases of testing: Test Design, System, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Automation Testing and Performance Testing.
- Experience in responding to RFPs and RFIs, with experience in Test Effort Estimation using standard tools.
- Experience in Process Management, Process improvement, Risk Analysis and Mitigation Strategies.
- Experience in driving closures & Sign-offs.
