About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and integration architectures for Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Design, develop, and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or equivalent integration platforms.
- Work hands-on with HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formula, and Oracle HCM REST APIs .
- Develop and maintain reports using OTBI and BI Publisher .
- Work with the Oracle Fusion HCM data model to support reporting and integration requirements.
- Support data conversions, payroll/time interfaces, and downstream HR/ERP integrations .
- Collaborate with functional, security, testing, and other technical teams.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Troubleshoot integration, reporting, data, and technical issues throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Proven Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with OIC/OIC integrations or equivalent.
- Experience with HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formula, and Oracle HCM REST APIs .
- Strong OTBI and BI Publisher reporting experience.
- Good understanding of the Oracle Fusion HCM data model .
- Experience with data conversion and migration activities.
- Experience developing payroll/time interfaces and downstream HR/ERP integrations .
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with functional, security, testing, and technical workstreams.
- Previous experience mentoring or guiding technical team members is preferred.
