The Oracle HCM Consultant may be responsible for but is not limited to;
• High level experience with software such as Oracle HCM cloud, Taleo, Workday, Success Factors or other HRIS systems
• Proven track record implementing HCM solutions from a functional perspective with experience in any of the following modules: Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, Performance & Goals Management, Time & Labor or Payroll
• Experienced with project problem diagnosis, solution development, client communications, facilitation of decision making, documentation, managing client expectations and team leadership.
