The Technical Workforce Management Consultant may be responsible for but is not limited to;

  • Lead the assessment, design, development, testing and deployment phases of custom workforce management interfaces and custom reports
  • Facilitate technical design sessions to identify client integration requirements and processes
  • Assist integration platform support teams, project teams, business and IT leadership in integration governance processes and structures
  • Proven ability to apply best practices to the software development life cycle based on experiences with agile and blended approaches
  • Ability to work on complex, fast-paced projects in a collaborative team setting
  • Able to handle escalated issues, understand client needs and tailor solutions and responses to meet these needs
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator; able to tailor communication types and styles to the audience
